The Gemini

Two pieces combined together as a collage. This was selected  by a panel of of judges for the annual student art show. I had my own display at Marymount University. Size: 18 x 24 inches canvas The main feature is the Gemini sign representing my personality on the left. It is accompanied by a metro dome to show that time is always by your side however, we control our destiny if the cards ♦️ !”№;%:?*()_+> are played right. It is all about taking chances as you see the lucky number 3. The hands on the right represent palm reading showing your future. Materials: Acrylic paint, and sharpie oil paint * Note: a stifling technique was used as well as sponge application. .The number 3 represents the past, present, and future. Time goes by slowly which is measured by the trickle of sand from the upper bulb to the lower bulb. . You may also notice the girls reflection in the mirror. . Other astrological elements include a face of a fish for Pisces which is another sign.
